• Now you have to add an APN. Therefore, select “Add”.
• Now in the APN slot, type “web”. You don’t have to put any username or password.
• Once you enter all the information, save it.
• Lastly, select the newly created APN and try restarting your device.

• Choose “Mobile & Sim”
• Choose “Sim Setting”
• Choose “Public”
• Choose “Add an internet APN”
• Type web in the slot of APN
• Save & Restart 

Blackberry

• Choose “All”
• Choose “Options”
• Choose “Device”
• Choose “Advanced System Setting”
• Choose “TCP/IP”
• Type ‘web’
• Choose ‘Option Button’
• Save
• Restart
